vbs 2009Nursery

The Nursery is available each Sunday from 8:00 am until 12 Noon, staffed by a skilled worker and volunteers.  Our purpose is to provide a safe environment for families with infants and small children an emphasizing the love of Jesus for these little ones.

Children’s Worship

While their parents attend Worship at the 10:30 a.m. service, children ages 4-9 may participate in their very own worship service!  Young worshipers sing songs, learn to pray, hear a children’s gospel message and pray for their “child-size” needs.  At announcement time , the children join their families to participate in the Eucharist.

 Sunday School

Sunday school provides the opportunity for children ages 3 – 18  to learn the Bible through stories, crafts, and active play.  Classes are grouped  for: Three,  four, and  five year olds

3rd, 4th and 5th grades

Junior High (6th - 8th grades)

AWANA

AWANA (“Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed” from 2 Timothy 2:15 ) is an international discipleship ministry that helps the church and parents raise up children and youth to know, love, and serve Christ. Our program is open to children ages 2 to 18 and actively  involves parents, church leaders and mentors.  Our children have fun learning scripture, growing spiritually, building friendships and playing active character building games. Awana meets on Sunday afternoons from 5 to 6:45 from September to May.
